Please use the following steps …
- Go to Main Menu > Purchase Management > Reports > Purchase Register(P> R> P)
- Press Alt + V (or use “–V Product” button to open product wise report)
- Press Alt + I (or use “–I In/Ex sale” button)
- It will automatically add the following buttons in the report
- Sal Qty
- Sal Val (CP)
- Sal Val (SP)
- Profit
- Pr Qty
- Pr Val(CP)
- Bal Qty
- Bal Val(CP)
- Bal Val(SP)
- You can also save the report layout. Press F10 and enter a suitable name
- To load a saved layout use F9
- To set the current layout as the default one use F7 button
