When I am viewing sale register in ‘voucher' mode and in ‘Product mode’ it is showing different item quantity. How to solve this problem?
Answer:
This discrepancy is occurring due to mismatch in database indexing. Please use the following steps to solve the problem.
- Go to Main Menu> Settings > Database Maintenance(T> D)
- Click on Rebuild Indexes


- Click on Yes button
- Click on OK button
