RanceLab® FusionRetail™ 6 FAQ

Answer: You can delete all pending print jobs/print files in two different ways…

A:

1. Open the FusionRetail6 folder from the drive where you have installed it.
2. Open FR6Share folder
3. Here you will find a folder with the name of your Software Station.
4. Open that folder and erase all files inside it.

 B:

1. Go to Main Menu > Restaurant > Transaction > Sale Invoice (Touch POS) (S> T> T)
2. Use “P Print Mngr” button
3. Select the printer to which the print job is assigned.
4. Use “D Del All Jobs” button

Note: This will erase pending print jobs of all the stations in a database.
