I am using Touch Pos with Quick mode. I created a branch database in location master. After restoring the branchDB in one of my branches the software is giving the following error and shuts down, whenever I am trying to click any product in Touch POS. How to recover from this problem?
Error:
‘Duplicate entry found’
Answer:
Please use
the following steps to resolve the problem…
- Go to Main Menu
> Settings > Database Maintenance > Optimize Database(T> D>
O)
- Alt + O (or use
‘-O optimize’ button)
- Set ‘Rebuild Data =
Yes”
- Alt + O (or use
‘-O Update’ button)
