Yes, now it is possible to open Cash drawer at the time of Refilling and Refunding prepaid Cards. Please follow the steps to accomplish the Task.

1. Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transaction > Prepaid Card Transaction (S > T > P)
2. Swipe the card.
3. Press F4.
4. You are in the Refilling mode.
5. Insert Refilling amount.
6. Save.
7. The Cash Drawer will open immediately.
