FusionRetail™ 6 FAQ

Answer:

It is possible to use upsizing and downsizing in RanceLab® FusionRetail™ 6 using Display Name field in menu. Display Name is a category from which you can select food items. Please use the instructions to accomplish the task.

Step 1: Creating the subgroup.

1. Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > Inventory > Product Management (M > I > P) 
2. Go to Subgroup. 
3. Ctrl + N to create new subgroup as ‘Combo’. 
4. Save. 

Step 2: Adding new subgroup with food items.

1. Go to  Main Menu > Master Data Management > Inventory > Product Management (M > I > P) 
2. Alt + L. 
3. Select Food items for Combo meal. 
4. Set “Subgroup = Combo”. 
5. Repeat step 3 and step 4 for other products required for combo meal. 
6. Save. 

Step 3: Adding Display Name in Menu.

1. Go to Main Menu > Master Data management > F&B > Menu Management (M > F > M)
2. Alt + L to select Menu.
3. Select product.
4. Go to Display Name field.
5. Type Display Name according to products.
6. Repeat step 3 to step 5 for other products required for Combo meal.
7. Save.

 Step 4: Making an Order for Combo Meal

1. Go to Main Menu > Restaurant > Transaction > Sale Invoice (Touch POS) (S > T > T)
2. Click on Combo subgroup.
3. Click on any of the Display name.
4. Select the Products from the list.
5. Press ok button
6. Tender.
7. Finish.
