In some cases the sales operator scans a product and gives the product to the customers without receipt. In order to stop this malpractice RanceLab® FusionRetail™ 6 has introduced a new feature in Designation Master. Please follow the steps given below to accomplish the task.
Step1: Changes in Designation Setup from Admin login.
- Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > Others > User Master (M > O > U)
- Alt+L in User Name.
- Select specific User from the list.
- Go to Designation field.
- Press Alt+Enter.
- Set “Change Action Control = Yes”.
- Set “Remove Item (Once scanned) = No”
- Save.

Step2: Reflection of changes in Sale Invoice (Scan POS).
- Log in to the Software with that Operator’s username and password.
- Go to Main Menu > Sales Management > Transaction > Sales Invoice (Scan POS) (S > T > S)
- Scan any product.
- If you press Esc button it gives no result.
- If you press Alt + Del the software shows the onscreen keyboard asking for admin password to continue with the message “Access denied!! Enter Admin Password to continue”.
- Enter admin password to continue deletion.
Notes:
- At Touch POS Table Mode: Escape not allowed if any item remains in the Order Screen. In order to exit from screen use "Leave" or "Tender"
- Touch POS Quick Mode: Escape not allowed if any item remains in the Order Screen. In order to exit from screen use "Tender" or "Create Order" (whichever applicable)
- Home Delivery Mode : Escape not allowed if any item remains in the Order Screen. In order to exit from screen use "Tender" or "Create Order"
- In case of "Reopen" from "Despatch Delivery" or "Driver Arrival" screen Escape work and get back to "Despatch Delivery" or "Driver Arrival"
