Requirement : I want to create a define special prices for the upcoming festive season. But I want to plan the prices in advance so that I do not have to remember to change the prices on that particular day.
- Create a new menu with desired pricing and products. Go to Main Menu -> M F M
- Once the new menu is created, set the new menu with required date and time in the sale option.
- For Sale Option Screen - Press Alt + O on the Scan POS or V on Touch POS)
If you use Scan POS for your billing then Price List will help you setting discounted price in advance.
Requirement: How do I maintain the record of different price list?
For example: In the Christmas we are using a Price list with 10% discount. For New Year we modify it with 20%. Now how do we track that what price list we used in Christmas?
Solution: Crete multiple Price List for different seasons.
This way you can plan the prices in advance for an upcoming festive season.
Otherwise you have to put new prices on that particular day which is not practically possible if you have multiple locations.
