Scenario: I want to create special prices for the upcoming festive season.  In the Christmas we are using a Pricelist with 10% discount for some products & 5 % for another product. Is it possible in our Fusion Retail6?

Answer: Yes, it is possible. Follow the steps given below:

Step1: Purchase/Sale price list

1. Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > Inventory > Price List ( M > I > R )
2. Enter Price list name
3. Set “Type =  Sale (Scan POS)”
4. Go to Product field
5. Press ‘Alt+L’
6. Select products from the list for which you want to give 10 % disc
7. Go to “Disc %”
8. Type ‘10’
9. For 5% discount use steps 5 to 9
10. Save

Step 2:

Option1: Price list selection in run time

1. Go to Main Menu > Sales Management > Transaction > Sales Invoice (POS)(S > T > S)
2. Press ‘Alt+P’
3. Select the Price list
4. Now scan items and sale them.

Option2: Price List set up in Transaction

1. Go to Main Menu > Sales Management > Transaction > Sales Invoice (POS)(S > T > S)
2. Press ‘Alt + O’
3. Go to ‘Price List’ Field
4. Press ‘Enter’
5. Enter effective date and time
6. Move  to ‘Price list’ column
7. Press ‘Alt + L’
8. Select the Price list name from the list
9. Save
10. Now the default price list has been selected. If you sell any product it will take the price according to the price list.
