Yes you can easily define the additional price on Purchase in percentage according to product. Please use the following steps.
Step1: create a purchase price list
- Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > Inventory > Price List (M>I>R)
- Enter the price list name
- Set “Type = Purchase”
- Go to “Product” column
- Alt + L
- Select products from the list
- Go to the +% and enter value (it will add extra cost on the purchase cost, in percentage, according to the given value)
- Go to the -% and enter value (it will deduct cost from the purchase cost, in percentage, according to the given value)
- Repeat steps 7 and step 8 for other products, according to your need.
- Save

Step2: Purchasing products according to price list
- Go to Main Menu > Purchase Management > Transaction > Purchase Invoice (P>T>P)
- Alt + P
- Select “price list” from the list
- Select supplier and enter other details
- Select products
- You can find that the pre-declared +% or -% is already there
- Enter details of the purchase
- Save
- Save the purchase entry
