Yes you can easily define the additional price on Purchase in percentage according to product. Please use the following steps.

Step1: create a purchase price list

1. Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > Inventory > Price List (M>I>R)
2. Enter the price list name
3. Set “Type = Purchase”
4. Go to “Product” column
5. Alt + L
6. Select products from the list
7. Go to the +% and enter value (it will add extra cost on the purchase cost, in percentage, according to the given value)
8. Go to the -% and enter value (it will deduct cost from the purchase cost, in percentage, according to the given value)
9. Repeat steps 7 and step 8 for other products, according to your need.
10. Save

Step2: Purchasing products according to price list

1. Go to Main Menu > Purchase Management > Transaction > Purchase Invoice (P>T>P)
2. Alt + P
3. Select “price list” from the list
4. Select supplier and enter other details
5. Select products
6. You can find that the pre-declared +% or -% is already there
7. Enter details of the purchase
8. Save
9. Save the purchase entry
