RanceLab® FusionRetail™ 6 FAQ

Scenario: RanceLab® FusionRetail™ 6 prints tender amount detail (amount in word) in Thousands, Lakh etc. But as we are a non Indian company our customer requires the tender amount detail in Billion, Trillion etc. Is it possible to maintain that in RanceLab® FusionRetail™ 6?

Solution: You can print Tender amount detail (amount in word) in Billion, Trillion etc. Please use the following steps,

1. Go to Main Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Currency (T > A > C)
2. Alt + L
3. Select the ‘Currency Symbol’ from the list (or you can also create a new)
4. Set ‘Amount In word = Billion, Million and Thousand’
5. Save
6. Now create a transaction and check the details.

Note: To check the effect of this changes make sure that proper currency is selected in location master.
