Scenario:
I have Multi-location setup with 1 HO and 2 Branches. How to setup the database in such a manner so that each branch would be able to see other branch stock and consequently would be able to return and exchange Product(s) in different branches?

To achieve this goal we should share data of all branches with all other branches. Please Use the following steps…
Step 1: In HO
- Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > Inventory > Location Master (M> I> L)
- Select HO/Root
- Press Ctrl + N in "Data sending rule" option
- Create a new Data sending rule as "Ho to branches"
- Go to "Sync Data to" fields
- Select all branches in all fields except HO
- Save
Step2: For Branch1
- Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > Inventory > Location Master (M> I> L)
- Select Branch1
- Press Ctrl + N in "Data sending rule" option
- Create a new Data sending rule for branches as "Branch1 to All"
- Go to "Sync Data to" fields
- Select all branches and HO in all fields except Branch1
- Save
Step3: For Branch2
- Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > Inventory > Location Master (M> I> L)
- Select Branch2
- Press Ctrl + N in "Data sending rule" option
- Create a new Data sending rule for branches as "Branch2 to All"
- Go to "Sync Data to" fields
- Select all branches and HO in all fields except Branch2
- Save
Now the data of all branches will travel to all other branches and you will be able to make a sale return entry for different branches.
