How to see re-order report in FusionRetail 6?
Answer:
With this newly added function in FusionRetail 6, you can now maintain your purchase orders directly from the software. FusionRetail 6 will calculate required stock quantity according to the data provided by you. To implement this feature use the following steps:
Step 1: Setting Re-Order Quantity
- Go to Main Menu> Warehouse Management > Analysis Tools > Stock Replenishment Report (W> A> Q)
- Press Alt + R (you may also use ‘–R Define ROQ’ button) to open Product ROQ Master (New) screen & provide details for reorder quantity.
- Press Alt + L tp open list of available warehouses.
- Select Warehouse from the list
- Press Alt
+ L in Category field where you
can select from the following Categories
- All
- Bin Location
- Brand
- Department
- Group
- Sub Group
- In On field choose further details about the selected Category
- In Product field press Alt + L & select Product name from the list (You can escape this step if you use All in Category).
- Enter
the following details:
- RO Qty = Re order quantity. Enter reorder qty according to your manual calculation.
- No = Enter numerical value of period after which you need to reorder.
- Period = Select day, week, month and year of No.
- Type = Select from the
following options.
- Calculated = If you select this option FusionRetail 6 will populate Reorder data according to its own calculation.
- Higher = FusionRetail 6 will check the calculated data with the data given by you and populate the data which is higher.
- Input = FusionRetail 6 will populate data as per manual entry.
- Lower = FusionRetail 6 will check the calculated data with the data given by you and populate the data which is lower.
- Round = Set yes/no as per your requirement of round off.
- MO qty = Minimum Order Quantity. Enter the minimum order quantity as per your supplier, below which he will not supply the product.
- No = Enter numerical value of period here during which the supplier delivers that product.
- Period = Select day, week, month and year for No of the delivery period.
- Type = Select any type as mentioned above.
- Round = Set yes/no as per your requirement of round off
- Enter another product and give the details for that product; you can also use multi selection option (F8) and all selection (F3) option in product selection list.
- Save


Step 2: Viewing the Report
- Go to Main Menu> Warehouse Management > Analysis Tools > Stock Replenishment Report (W> A> Q)
- Now you can see the detailed Stock
Replenishment Report here
- Product = Product name
- Cl Stock = Closing Stock of that product in that particular warehouse
- PO Pending = Pending Purchase Order qty
- SO Pending = Pending Sale Order
- Net Stock = net stock of that product
- RO Qty = Re Order Quantity of that product
- Shortfall = Shortfall of that product
- MO Qty = Minimum Order Qty
- Order To be Placed = Calculated quantity of product, required to order.
Note:
Take a print out of this report and create purchase order entry.
