Steps I am using,
- Open table
- Enter order (Void item button is working fine here)
- Leave
- Again open that table
- Click void item button but it is not working now (even it is not showing any message)
Answer:
Void item button works only if you have entered cancellation reasons in the software. Upon clicking on the void item button (for 2nd time, after leaving the table and then reopening it) software will open a list of cancellation reason to select from. Unless you have created a proper list of cancellation reason void item is not possible in Touch POS.
