Changes in Products are not getting updated
I am using multi-location with FTP setting. Whenever I do some changes it shows the updated information then and there in product master. After some time why it is showing the previous one?
- In product master, I created a product and saved it.
- Again opened that product, done some changes and saved it.
- Now it shows the values that are currently updated.
- After some time when I open that product again it is showing the previous value.
Answer:
Updated information will be updated after some time through FTP. We have to wait for a while to update the data through FTP.
