By mistake I filled a prepaid card more than its actual amount. What is the procedure to adjust the extra amount?
Answer:
- Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transaction > Prepaid (S> T> P)
- Swipe the card
- Refund the amount
- Swipe the card again
- Refill the card with the exact amount.
- Save.
